We all have inner resilience, and this is built on many different factors. One thing that I believe is very important, is to recognise your own inner resilience as well as supporting it. Recognising your inner resilience strengthens your inner abilities and trust within yourself. Most people have experienced some sort challenge or difficulty in life, and whilst this experience was less than ideal, and something that a person would of preferred not to happen, it is something that enables a person to change, grow, and move forward, however long this may have taken. Remember a time in your life that was challenging, and remind yourself that you have moved on from this and in the process, your inner resilience has been strengthened. It’s equally as important to recognise when to reach out to your support network for help.
