Do you feel that you are constantly thinking, that your mind is on the go. Your thinking jumping from one thing to the next? Recognising this, can be the first step to make change. When you feel like this, be mindful of connecting to your body. Become more aware of all of your senses. For example, focus on how your feet feel on the ground, notice the sensations of the air around you, are there any smells you have become aware of? How do your clothes feel on your body, notice the different noises you can hear, and the distances between you and that sound. Being in nature can support feeling more connected to your body, feeling more grounded.
