Personal Well-Being Plan
My Personal Well-Being plans are carefully designed for each individual, and are held over a series of sessions. The first session will consist of me gathering information, this is done verbally and also by muscle testing. From the information gathered, we discuss areas that need attention, that will benefit from change. The work is done within the sessions, I may also suggest things for you to do in your own time to support your well-being. All session are extremely powerful and you will experience a shift that will enable you to move forward in your life. Each sessions last 1 hour 15.
